The Serenity’s Eve is a semi-concept album, revisiting the territories discovered by Swedish bands like Opeth and Katatonia in the 1990s. On their debut, a noend of mine explore acoustic soundscapes with mellow proggy overtones reminiscent of Opeth’s Damnation, Steven Wilson’s Grace for Drowning, and Anathema’s Natural Disaster.
