Ghost of Echoes is the solo project of Silent Empathy guitarist Michael Trunks.  The project attempts to blend a wide variety of genres, creating a beautiful, vehement listening experience that does not only satisfies a listener’s metal craving.  The textures throughout the album include various keyboard/synth background melodies, clean female vocals, and an extraordinary amount of contagious guitar riffs.  Trunks attempts to push the boundaries of his musicianship in a simple, yet eclectic fashion with each and every track.  He does so with the ferocity and precision seen in any excellent progressive metal sound.
