Description/Reviews:
This was an outstanding Progressive album, and in many ways, it might point towards where the genre is headed for the future. The band has some serious chops, but they don’t overtake the sound, which is heavily focused on an emotional impact. It kept moving forward…branching out, exploring, uncovering rocks that used to be a permanent part of the scene, and each transition was completely smooth. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Credits
Jon Brændsgaard Toft - everything
   Except
Gunnar Snær Gunnarsson - guitar theme (2), solo (3)
Ellie Mackey - backing vocals (12)

Description/Reviews:
The album is sprawling with odd time signatures, funky rhytms and strong melodies. Instruments used include layers of acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, percussion, clarinet and a few keyboard parts to add flavor. Most of the songs feature two or three part harmonies.
Lyrically the album plays around with science fiction themes like space flight and time travel while also exploring more down-to-earth material such as cats up to no good in the garden, relationships and inner strength. As similarities and inspiration goes, the proggier sides on this album could lead your thoughts towards the softer sides of acts like Pain of Salvation, Ayreon and Pink Floyd, while the folkier sides could resemble Jethro Tull, Cat Stevens and Crosby, Stills & Nash with a sprinkle of Scandinavian and Irish folk music on top.

An epic, cosmic and contemplative journey of energetic beauty and ferocity, Access All Worlds reflects on human existence, set in a storyline following daring space travelers. Alex (Gösta Berlings Saga) – Drums
KG- Sitar (4)

Description/Reviews:
The group ... play improvised, instrumental and unflinchingly exploratory cosmic rock. Veering between the already-blurry lines that border heavy psychedelia, classic-style prog and Hawkwindian space fare. ... That might make Four Riders Take Space Mountain particularly engaging for newcomers, and where some other releases in the vast swath thereof pull from different sessions and offer what feel like extended sections of broader works or are just executed with various aims on their own, the fact that “Approach,” “Ascent” and “Summit” move so smoothly ... and flow so righteously between active and atmospheric sections, ..., as well as the sheer sense of float that comes with the arrival at “Summit,” means that Four Riders Take Space Mountain is a standout even among the band’s other work in being a joy to follow through its progression.

Description/Reviews:
This is Causa Sui like you’ve never heard. Fuzz pedals aren’t engaged, drums aren’t beat within an inch of their lives, and songs don’t drop into dark and foreboding doldrums. Instead, this record is a reprieve from the insanity. Szabodelico brings to mind the almost meditative quality of Popol Vuh, but with an almost island vibe. It’s a contemplative, thoughtful, and heady 60 minutes of sound and light from one of the most forward-thinking bands working today.

6. Ilden (7:43)

Total Time 32:27

Line-up
Michael Stanley - vocals, bass
Per Hugo Rotboll - keyboards
Torsten Lefmann - guitars
Karsten "Mons" Mansa - drums

Description/Reviews:
Polyfeen spread their wings in the psychedelic fuzz and space echo universe and is musically anchored in the progressive psychedelic rock genre. Greatly inspired by Pink Floyd and Deep Purple Polyfeen add a new modern touch to the genre adding synthesizer and intense dance drumbeats in the mix.
The song writing on the album is centered around the frontman, lead singer and bass player Michael Stanley and the charismatic Hammond organist and virtuosi Per Hugo Rotbøll, constantly challenging the psychedelic genre, moving from ear hangers lead by the excellently played acoustic and electric guitars by guitarist Torsten Lefmann accompanied by Stanley’s intense lead vocals to an instrumental synthesizer high paced dance song with a psychedelic twist that will make any listener indulged to the tough beat by drummer Karsten “Mons” Mansa. The quartet even features the grand piano in a melodic song which especially with Stanley piano playing and lead vocal leads you in direction of the Lennon solo period from the early 70’s. The album features backwards guitars, coral sitar, heavy bass fuzz and a number of 70’s analogue synthesizers. You will be taken back to the early 70’s with a modern twist in a psychedelic universe with extensive guitar and Hammond organ solos. Throughout the album the lyrics are focused round the unrealized potential in all humans regardless of origin.

Description/Reviews
Ignoring the conventional wisdom of leaving your longest song until the end, the band throws you in at the deep end with the epic fourteen-minute ‘Katana – The Moths and the Dragonflies/Katana – Mud’. Portentous horns are quickly followed by huge riffs and pounding drums, spoken word passages, and sensational guitar solos. Far Eastern melodies are backed by guttural roars, black metal shrieks and quasi-operatic vocals as the hugely ambitious opener sounds like Blind Guardian and Nevermore spent five years in Japan with Sigh as their tour guide.

Description/Reviews
We’re met at the door by “The Wedge”, an all-out humid slap of psych rock improv of the highest order. It starts out in 5th gear and never lets up. Spaced-out synth, Hendrix-ian guitar squall, and some major drum power drive this track until the tires fall off. Dual guitars, dual keys, organ, bass, drum, and percussion give this song the feel of the Monterey Pop Festival circa ’68, with just a touch of Detroit City chug. We quickly drop down a gear or two with the exquisite “Pauly’s Pentacles”, a searing and simmering slow burn of a track that sounds like a cross between Vincebus Eruptum, Dark Magus, and Bernie Worrell freaking out over both.

The music here spans from bustling jazz rhythm section work-outs with abstract sounds to laid-back electric psychedelic jams. Generally, the difference is whether Rude is playing double bass or guitar so you can actually see the join. This is not a problem however as the album does have coherence with good quality performances

Spike Nior: drums, assorted percussion

Description/Reviews
“The Great Beyond” contains of 9 new instrumental compositions written by Lars Boutrup in the style of classic keyboard driven prog rock inspired by artists such as Keith Emerson and Jon Lord.
Though drawing from such inspirations, the album has its own sound with hard rock organ, themes, synth and big grooves together with an energy that is surely missed in today´s music. So for those who like the prog rock family and the times of ELP, Pink Floyd, Trace and Yes it is surely the prog rock album to listen to and prog your head away to.
It´s cool, it´s groovy and it´s music you want to hear once again because of its imaginative, grand and musical nature. The Great Beyond is a tour de force in making the most beautiful instrumental prog album and also to make the listener stay tuned to all the great themes, synthesizers and prog rock organs together with a unique rhythm duo of drums and bass.
