With one pass through the album, two impressions come to mind. First, as a vocalist, Dufresne sounds like a young Greg Lake. Second, the atmosphere of many of the songs, maybe across the entire recording, reminds of The Moody Blues. Much of this comes from the ethereal, airy, feel created by the combination of piano, synths and acoustic guitar. It also has the additional effect of making the album feel moody (no pun intended), melancholic, and sad.Read the full review by Craig Hartranft at dangerdog.com

Hey thanks for sharing it. But the beginning of the description is my words for another record, related (musical connections), but a different one : http://www.canardsauvage.com/not10.html
ReplyDeleteI don't remember and can't find now where I have taken your description from, but there definitely were no credits with it. I'll post a link to another review.
