Description/Reviews:
The music seemed to be meat-and-potato progressive rock, featuring the kind of variations in tempo and texture many of us progressive rock fanatics find alluring.
Ed utilized and mixed each instrument with clean, clear, and crisp style, from the acoustic guitar strumming, to the introduction of pretty heavy guitar power chords, to the active bass guitar lines, and the precise drumming throughout.
I personally liked the stately, majestic passages, and the too-few spots where he really let loose on his nimble lead guitar work over powerful band backing.
Ed sings a clean and understandable tenor, and very occasionally found an edge to his voice, which I also like and would enjoy hearing more.
