Description/Reviews
The album is artist’s commentary on modern society in the context of Facebook. People use it to share the most intricate details of their lives, and now Rafał Żak wants them to do the same with the album - to #ShareItAll using BitTorrent file distribution system. Ten tracks sum into nearly an hour of intense musical journey that takes the listener through a full cycle of social experience, which is Facebook’s main promise. Post-progressive character of the record blurs the boundaries between many musical genres, from classic rock, through ambient, classical music, jazz, electronic, industrial and modern metal.
#I’mNotAddicted is available for free (under the Creative Commons License), in four different digital formats. Distribution is handled in an innovatory way, which has a lot to do with the subject of this concept album.

Only a little question: what is the "post-progressive" genre ?

Where did you find it ? Can you provide a link ?

What are other bands in this musical style ?

Many thanks for your kindness !

    Best wishes from Romania !

    All the best,
    Stefan

    1. Hello Stefan,
I don't consider "post-progressive" to be a genre. Moreover, I stopped using this term almost 5 years ago. When I used it, I meant mostly melancholic music between prog, art and post rock. If you google it, you will find links in Wikipedia etc. There is such tag at https://bandcamp.com/tag/post-progressive and https://www.last.fm/ru/tag/post-progressive

I don't remember when and where I found this term, but in my mind in the first place it connects to the music of contemporary Anathema and the likes. A lot of Kscope's artists might be associated with post progressive. Kscope also released several compiliations titled 'Post-Progressive Sounds'
P.S. I think it's more convenient to write questions and reply to them via email. My email is in my profile.

      Best,
      Oleg
