A debut album of a young psychedelic-rock band from Saint-Petersburg. "Pistolet Budushchego” (or “Pistol of the Future”) features mostly instrumental, well balanced sci-fi music at the intersection of psychedelic space-rock and experimental post-prog-rock, accompanied by the short voice-narration in Russian. Inspired by the ideas of “Russian Cosmism”, a philosophical and cultural movement that emerged in Russia in the early XX century.
