A number of the tracks appear to have started life as free improvisations and even with studio refinement, there is still an exciting spontaneous air to much of what is on offer. The albums bulbous saxophone tones, electronica, low-end guitar and wailing human voice create a cacophonous experience, for a listener to consume, or subconsciously ingest, rather than to enjoy. This is an album where the experience of its contents is much more important than any whistle while you work tunes.
