Description/Reviews
Derelict thoughts is the name Ron Boots is going to use for his Ambient releases.
For years Ron has been adding Ambient tracks to his music, on each CD there is a track
that would fit the description. But he is most known for his Sequencing and fast past
Electronic tracks. But under the name Derelict thoughts this well see his first all Ambient release since Too Many Secrets. Music described by those who visited his concerts together with
Pieter Nooten in Amsterdam and The Hague as mesmerizing soundscapes with a warm sound.
Slow detailed flowing sound pieces that move in a natural organic way..

Autumn Moon is the music that was improvised during these performances.
For these 2 shows Ron played numerous versions during the preparation of them.
And from these preparations came the title track that is over 37 minutes long.
A long breathing piece of music that evolves like a dream.
If you like the soft side of Ron's music you will love this.

Vana Verouti: lead vocals (track 5)

Description/Reviews
I don't know what Bernd Kistenmacher has ate since his comeback in 2009 (Celestial Movements) but it's clear that the inspiration, which equal his talent, goes out from him by ears. His last find is a brilliant album which recuts the fury of Let it Out, the ambiospherical phases of his vintages years as well as the philharmonic approaches splendidly concocted since exactly Celestial Movements. It results from it in a fascinating, extremely powerful album where the chaos and the harmony divide the 62 minutes with an outstanding intensity.

Volt "Particles"

Country: Netherlands
Sub GenreElectronica, Ambient
LabelGroove Unlimited
Release date: October 4, 2013
Tracklist
1. Lepton (17:40)
2. Fermion (17:23)
3. Boson (24:33)

Line-up
Michael Shipway, Steve Smith - all electronics and effects

Description/Reviews
Album concept about the microscopic universe of particles, “Particles” finds itself in the list of the best EM releases so far this year. Molded on the same precepts as Circuits, this last album of Volt proposes 3 long tracks of which the structures of sequences propose ambient rhythms sometimes a bit heavy and lively. But mainly evolutionary rhythms with sequences which sparkle with a stationary effervescence in electronic envelopes with divine harmonies weavers of earworms. An album where EM shines of its thousand fires, of its Berlin School influences, both vintages and contemporaries, and of a perfect complicity between the styles and approaches Steve Smith and Michael Shipway, “Particles” is a wonderful journey in what EM has of more beautiful to offer.

Line-up
Remy Stroomer & Michel van Osenbruggen

Description/Reviews
According to both authors, the conception was difficult. The distance between the genres and the difference at the level of the writing technique have outstripped at the same time and moved closer to two new accomplices who wrote the main lines of “PrimiTiveS” each of their sides. The result is a delicious mix of both styles which propel the EM fan in the spectral and theatrical atmospheres that Remy has concocted along Exhibition of Dreams and the heavy and curt rhythms that made the mark of Synth.NL with OceonoGraphy.
