Jon Davison (Yes) - vocal harmonies & bass guitar (2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
Dylan Howe - drums

Description/Reviews
In reality  the album is all fairly laid back with only a few songs raising the pace but, somehow, this doesn’t really matter for what we have here is a master craftsman at work, still striving to push himself forward and make new music that is worthy and has merit.
This is certainly the case here, especially on the vocal tracks as these have a real edge to them delivered by Jon Davison. These songs also have a feel of Yes to them, even without the rest of the band onboard. Certainly one can see It Ain’t Easy finding a place on a Yes album and it being a highpoint of that, just as it is here.

Line-up
Steve Moore - synthesizers, guitars, bass
A.E. Paterra - drums

Description/Reviews
From the pulse-pounding, dramatic opener "Breakthrough & Conquer", to the melodic bass whirls found in "XYZT", 2020 proves to be ZOMBI's most riff-intensive album. At first a soundtrack of driving musical euphoria, 2020 takes a sharp turn into uncharted waters - "Earthscraper" is reminiscent of a space where sounds of sludge and doomlike-riff crushers dominate the soundscapes. Synthwave and neon crescendos are furloughed in favor of Blue Oyster Cult inspired progressive epics.

Description/Reviews
As with their first album, Symphony of Mind kicks off with an instrumental track, Ascent to the Point. Written by Howard Helm, it’s progressive rock from beginning to end, reminiscent of some of the great prog bands of the 70s. The track starts and finishes with the organ sound of Dutch prog masters Focus at the height of their pomp but in the ‘meat and bone’ of the music, there’s hints of Yes whilst the violin brings the inevitable comparisons with Kansas.

Description/Reviews
After working with producer and multi-instrumentalist Billy Sherwood for their first and second releases, the band ventured on self-production, and teamed up with singer-songwriter and The Pineapple Thief’s front man Bruce Soord for the mixing of the album, along with Steve Kitch (TPT’s keyboardist) for the mastering.
The band explains the concept of the album: “At the core of H+, lies transhumanism: the transcendence of our physiological, rational and emotional bearings. All of this leads to becoming more human.”
H+ is their most ambitious work to date. The central piece of the album is the 25-minute H+ Suite, featuring the definitive version of the awarded song life.exe, co-written with Serj Tankian.

Description/Reviews
Alizarin, essentially, offers listeners a wallop of melodic progressive metal, steered by Kay's song composition and spry guitar work. His arrangements are robust and technical, yet pushing forward two important things: song harmony and melody and a proper balance of instruments.

Description/Reviews
A concept album comprising of six thematically linked pieces exploring our relationship with memory and loss. The liminal space between a fading ‘what was’ and an anticipated ‘what is to come’.
The album recalls the hazy technicolour of long remembered summers and the sepia of a love forgotten. A place where we blur the boundaries of returning and renewal. The lyrics chart the course through recollection to premonition. These words are both deeply personal and universal, hope for what is next and a lament for what we have lost.
The influences on the new album continue in a similar vein to the band's self-titled 2014 opus - further developing their eclectic mix of folk, rock, metal and Celtic styles. The album’s trajectory shifts between crunching guitars, subtle acoustic instruments, strings, soaring Hammond and emotive grand piano all connected by lyrical storytelling and timeless vocals and harmonies.

Description/Reviews
Similar to their debut album, Colours out of space is fully instrumental, but unlike their previous release this album is heavily influenced by some of the short stories written by The Godfather of horror fiction: Howard Phillips Lovecraft.
With vintage instruments like the Orchestron, maestrovox, fender rhodes and mellotrons suddenly crashing into twisted samples and modern synthesizers, Colours out of space will take you on a cosmic journey with its raw explosiveness and dark ambience, blending progressive rock with atmospheric soundscapes that mixes majestic sections with experimental chaos, Pixie Ninja is putting the listener to the test with this lovecraftian-inspired concept album.
