Description/Reviews
La Dottrina degli Opposti is a creative project by the Genoese musician Andrea Lotti, composer and author of the pieces, as well as the founder of the La Coscienza di Zeno group. The ensemble formed for the realization of the project sees the participation of more than thirty elements, including members from different progressive formations already established in the sector, such as La Conscienza di Zeno and the Tempio delle Clessidre, and the orchestra of the G.F. Ghedini from Cuneo. Most of the arrangements are also performed by the orchestra and the taste of the album definitely refers some episodes of the great classics of Italian progressive rock of the 70s. The melodies and pastel shades of the timbres make the mood of the album very smooth, dreamy, a new episode of symphonic prog that continues in the wake of the great tradition of Italian symphonic prog. The common thread that links the various themes of the album is the transition from adolescence to adulthood, enchantment and disenchantment, dream and awakening, hence the title Arrivederci Sogni.

Description/Reviews
“Dalla vita autentica” is a complex but never boring record of modern and Mediterranean progressive rock, mostly made of contrasts between mellow orchestral parts with piano and strings, and other more rushing and ‘rock’ ones, in which in particular Alessandro Corvaglia’s expressive voice is the absolute protagonist. The long title-track at the end is a perfect example of this, over 16 minutes of sound explorations that perfectly seal a beautiful album.

Their third release in the style of the best Italian progressive rock of the 70s. Now with a wider ensemble, enriched by a string quartet and distinguished guests such as Simona Angioloni and Joanne Roan.
Two long suites – plenty of evolutions and colors – unfold for more than 20 minutes each, just like the two sides of a vinyl in the 70s.

After the success of the homonym debut cd, the band confirm their Italian prog-rock direction: a powerful voice, rich instrumental arrangements and a great melodic vein. A young band to refresh the past of the most genuine prog music.
Following the path of the other great Italian 70’s prog bands “Sensitività” is a serious candidate to become a new classic for this genre.
