... and the style is similar to bands like Jethro Tull with flutes and that sort of thing. “Hippie rock” is probably a decent way to describe what you get to hear when you listen to this album for over seventy minutes, and Francis the lady who sings manages to sing in both German and English making the album feel a bit exotic even – as they always do when you get to hear the lyrics sung in odd languages.

A.C.T has recharged the batteries and now give us an album of splendour where the fans are in for a treat with progrock extravaganza, the classic A.C.T sound has returned and a tear almost fall from my eyes when I hear the fruitful "A truly gifted man".
"Look at the freak" is the best song Sparks never wrote back in the 70´s, this band truly has a unique sound of artpop and progrock that is built on love for their heroes such as It Bites, Big Money, E.L.O, 10cc etc.

Drawing to mind similar recent projects like Fogalord and perhaps Galderia, I find Operadyse outstanding for its sheer buoyancy. This is not, as some may say, “yet another Rhapsody clone”. Please. If that statement were true of half the bands accused of it, we’d be dwelling in a cesspool of artistic stagnancy – and that is hardly the case. Pandemonium, the album’s title, should be interpreted in the most jubilant, energetic way possible. Often a generally uplifting, almost martial power metal beat (“Unfold Legend”), Operadyse nevertheless varies its formula more than you might think, featuring variety in the mystique of “Fairies Secret Garden”, a sudden black metal lapse in “Keeper Of The Flame”, and the absurdly joyful strains of “Nevermore”.
