Inior was born in 2012 when Marco Berlenghini and Flavio Stazi, former members and composers of the Apple Device, a roman progressive rock band performing in local live scene from 2007 to 2010, decided to complete the material already available in order to create a concept album who will be named "Hypnerotomachia".
